1What stays on your own device

The Site remembers a few things, kept only in your own browser and never sent to us: the last feeling you opened, where you left the markers, any notes you keep, and whether you’ve already dismissed the first-time welcome banner. The first two clear on their own after about a day. Notes clear when you close the tab, and a “Delete everything” button removes them sooner. The welcome-banner flag is just a yes/no and stays until you clear your browser’s site data. If your browser blocks storage, nothing is kept, and the page tells you so.

Separately, your browser may also keep a technical offline copy of the Site’s own pages, images, and sound files, so the Site still opens without a connection. That copy is not about you — it holds no personal information, just the Site’s own content — and it clears when your browser clears its site data, or the next time we update the Site.

2No cookies, no analytics, no tracking

The Site sets no cookies, runs no analytics, and does not track you. We do not build profiles of visitors, and we do not sell or share personal information — we have none to sell or share.

3Purchases — handled by Payhip

When you buy something, checkout is handled by our third-party provider, Payhip. To deliver your files, Payhip collects your email and payment details on its own platform, under its own Privacy Policy and Terms; we never see your card number. Payhip identifies itself as the data controller for the information it collects, and does not offer sellers a separate data processing agreement — so Payhip, not us, is responsible for the data it collects. The only information that reaches us is the email address tied to your order; we are responsible for that email, and we use it solely to deliver your purchase, re-send a file, handle a refund, or answer you if you write to us. We do not add you to any mailing list or send you marketing.

4Free materials

Free downloads require no account, no email, and no checkout. We collect nothing when you download them.

5Your choices and requests

Because the only personal information we hold is the order email described above, you can ask us what we have or ask us to delete it. Email theforlifeseries@gmail.com and we’ll take care of it. For information Payhip holds — your payment details or any account you have with them — please also contact Payhip, since they control that data on their side.

6California residents (CCPA / CPRA)

We do not sell or share personal information, and we collect nothing ourselves beyond the order email. If you are a California resident, you have the right to know what personal information we hold and to request its deletion; email us to exercise those rights and we will not discriminate against you for doing so.

7EU and UK visitors (GDPR / UK GDPR)

If you are in the EU or UK: we process the order email to deliver your purchase and to respond to you — on the legal bases of performing our contract with you and our legitimate interest in supporting the sale. Payhip processes your payment data as described in its own terms. You may ask us to access or delete the order email we hold.

8Children

The Site is not directed at children and collects no data from anyone. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

9Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time, at our sole discretion. We’ll post any changes here with a new date.
